Hip-Hop mogul Jay-Z has teamed with Nike to create a limited edition sneaker for charity.
Only five pairs of Nike's "All Black Everythings" are being made in conjunction with the World Basketball Festival, which is taking place in New York from August 12th-22nd. Each pair represents one of the five countries playing in the event and according to organizers, Jay-Z is the only other person in the world with each one of the five exclusive sneakers.
Nike donated the custom pairs to be auctioned off to benefit Jay-Z's nonprofit, The Shawn Carter Foundation.
Tonight (August 12th), Jay-Z will hit the stage at Radio City Music Hall to launch the World Basketball Festival.
"We're excited to bring together the international prestige of Jay-Z and the USA Team on stage at famed Radio City Music Hall to open the first World Basketball Festival. This will be a historic night," said Trevor Edwards, Nike VP Global Brand and Category Management. "We're also honored to collaborate with Jay-Z on limited edition Air Force 1's that celebrate the countries participating in this inaugural event."

Rihanna partied like a rock star following her first headlining concert at NYC’s Madison Square Garden on Thursday (Aug. 12). RiRi’s newest tattoo was on full display as she headed to the after-party at Greenhouse with celebs like Jadakiss and Carmelo Anthony. Her 15th tat inscribed on her neck reads “Rebelle Fleur,” which translates to Rebel Flower.
Kanye West was in the house at his labelmate’s “Last Girl on Earth” tour, later saying that he got emotional after watching her take the stage. Rihanna toured with West on his “Glow in the Dark” trek.
“So I went to Rihanna’s concert tonight and when I saw her do ‘I’m so hard, eh eh eh,’ I’m not gonna lie to ya’ll, I might of actually started crying—just to see my little sister onstage with her production and her outfit and her song and rocking Madison Square Garden at her own show sold out,” he told the crowd at his secret show. “It was a very emotional moment for me and I’m just so proud of her.”

M.I.A. performed a controversy-free set at Oslo’s Øya Festival 2010 on Wednesday (Aug. 11). No rainstorm or stage crashers could stop her from finishing her set this time around. Wearing a sparkly red-and-black checkered top, Dior undershirt, jeans, and SUPER sunglasses, Maya brightened up the night with a laser extravaganza.
If the lasers don’t have your head spinning, try her dizzying viral video for “Illygirl.”

Rick Ross goes at Young Jeezy, or someone from Cleveland, on a new track called “The Summa’s Mine.” While no direct references to Jeezy are made, it comes right after the Snowman released his supposed diss track “Death B4 Dishonor,” later saying it wasn’t a shot at his labelmate.
Rozay calls his opponent “pathetic,” “f**k boy,” and “water boy,” among other not-so-nice names. “Look what you made me do,” he tweeted.
Do you think Ross is dissing Jeezy? Listen and tell us below!

Just when we were beginning to think Jennifer Lopez’ “Dynamite (Remix)” was a myth, the song has surfaced on New York radio. J.Lo trades verses with her new Island Def Jam labelmate Taio Cruz on his top 5 hit, but is it too little, too late?
The actress-singer is reportedly no longer in the running to become the next “American Idol” judge, but Mariah Carey could be a potential candidate. Nick Cannon says his wife would be interested in joining the panel. “She talks about it. She says, ‘I would love to do that.’ She is one of the greatest singers of our time; she would be great,” he tells The Hollywood Reporter.
